As the Mother of the Bride / Groom, it can be exhausting searching for the perfect outfit. Finding the right colour and style to flatter your figure is only half the battle. You want to stand out from the crowd on the big day, but not overshadow the bride. You want to reflect your personality, sophistication and image, whilst maintaining an air of subtlety.

I believe the best way to create an impact is to have a custom made mother of the bride / groom outfit.  By individually tailoring every garment, I can make the most of your body shape to produce a stunning outfit, which not only suits the occasion but reflects your everyday style. As a tailor, I specialise in taking your favourite, most comfortable garment, and embellishing on the design/fabric, to produce an outfit for your special occasion. What’s more, having an outfit made to measure which flatters your natural style means you’ll wear it again.

To start the process, we will talk about the setting and the look you wish to achieve. Using my network of suppliers, I will source fabrics to suit the style and your budget.  Once a design has been settled I commence the design process, producing a toile before custom-making the outfit.  Whilst the manufacture time is often short, it is best to make a start the process early to allow time for sourcing fabric.
